3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the successful completion of landscaping projects, clients are expected to:

- Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for landscaping work.

4. Payment Terms

7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement or dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through the following steps:
- Initial discussion to address and resolve the issue amicably.
- Mediation involving a neutral third party if the dispute remains unresolved.
- Legal action as a last resort, subject to the jurisdiction of Hampstead courts.
7.1. Arbitration
Should mediation fail, both parties agree to binding arbitration to settle the dispute outside of court.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hampstead.
10. Confidentiality

12. Force Majeure
